Hypnotherapy (guided imagery) is often used to access this information and create balance of mind, body, and spirit. The client is guided through relaxation techniques to explore and reduce any blocks in their mind which might be keeping them from reaching their goals. While in a hypnotic trance, the client is always in control. Transformation occurs when the mind increases its' awareness leading to a new perspective to tackle a challenge. During the hypnotherapy session, a safe environment is maintained which keeps the client always at the center. This results in empowerment for the client.
